This 5,000 square foot Tenant Improvement project is the first of its kind for our experienced restaurant and bar owner clients. They had a very distinct design concept for what they want this special place to be. Multiple trades including creative metal and wood fabricators were needed to bring the design to life. Additional coordination and approvals were needed from the shopping center requiring significant advocacy by the Architect on behalf of the clients.
