Our clients had several goals in mind when they contacted us to design the remodel of their family home. They needed more bedrooms for their growing family and wanted to demolish the walls separating the kitchen/dining area from the living room. The additional bedroom space would be created without expanding outside the existing building envelope. By building a new set of stairs to un-used attic space we were able to provide space for the family to breathe…and sleep, eat, and entertain!
